I came across SHEN when I was a student of Psychotherapy and needed assistance with emotional pain and triggers from the past, which had not been resolved with talk therapy alone. Over the past 10 years SHEN has assisted me in healing from childhood and intergenerational trauma, as well as effects of past injuries which I was not aware had led to repetitive injuries.

I understand the recovery/healing process as an ongoing deepening of a sense of Self and enjoyment in life and a growing experience of Wholeness, rather than something that needs to be changed or cured. I have many years of experience as a Psychotherapist and am trained as an OPEN FLOOR Dance and Movement teacher. I offer Shen in Austria as well as New Zealand.
