Sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor. Raise your arms to eye level, palms facing each other. Close your eyes and slowly bring your palms together until you feel pressure between them, and then stop. Open your eyes and observe how far apart your palms are. Keeping them in that position, rotate your hands as if pedaling a bicycle for several seconds. Notice if you feel a pulling sensation between your hands.
Now, separate your hands and start over again with your eyes closed. Stop when you feel the same pressure as before.
What do you see? Has the pressure between your hands increased?
