I first came across SHEN in the early 1990s in my home town of Glasgow.  I had moved into the world of Yoga and Massage as my long-term work.  While deeply interested in energy systems and the body-mind connection at that time, a friend mentioned the marvels of SHEN to me.   This was when I had big changes going on in my life, as well as unfinished issues from the past, which I was trying to resolve.   No therapies (and I tried many!) had so far got to the root of my situation. 

Very curious, I took taster sessions from a qualified SHEN therapist.   I immediately felt the depth of SHEN’s power and shortly after launched into the training to be a practitioner for others.   Initially, there was a huge depth of relaxation.  Pain went, and I mentally felt much more at ease.  Through its technique, I then experienced a huge shift of deep emotional release with what was continuing to hold me back in my life.   This pivotal point was enough proof of its effectiveness.

I continue to use SHEN to help others in and around Glasgow.
