I started my professional career 30 years ago, as a  Counselor and then I qualified as an Expressive Arts Therapist and a  Body therapist.  in the middle of my career, I was introduced to SHEN and was surprised by the immediate state of awareness  I felt and the healing that followed. SHEN helped me immensely to improve my personal development, my career, and my relationship with the family.  I became a Certified SHEN Therapist and Certified SHEN Instructor.
I am happy to see SHEN getting known in Greece as well as in other countries and is really a great joy for me to offer, share, and teach SHEN.
