I experienced a series of SHEN Therapy treatments that were profoundly transformative. I’d been locked in a state of numbness for a long time, without joy, and unable to see the purpose in life that it appeared others did. The therapy unlocked years of long-suppressed emotions, which I was able to experience and release with surprising ease and little resistance. I was amazed at the power of SHEN and began to feel the seed of genuine joy in my life after a series of sessions.

The impact was so profound that I was inspired to become a practitioner and am now on the journey of a supervised SHEN Internship programme to become a Certified SHEN Therapist.
