Sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet on the floor. Raise your arms to eye level, with your palms facing each other. Slowly bring your palms together with your eyes closed until you feel a pressure between them and stop. Open your eyes and see how far apart your palms are. Keeping them in that position, rotate your hands like a bicycle for several seconds. Notice if there is a pulling sensation between your hands.
Now, bring your hands apart and start over again with your eyes closed. Stop when you feel the same pressure as before.
